Cancer Evolution, Resistance & Prevention (CERP) is an international, peer-reviewed, fully open-access journal dedicated to advancing fundamental and translational research across the continuum of cancer biology. The journal provides a global platform for high-quality scientific investigations into the evolutionary mechanisms underlying carcinogenesis, tumour progression, therapeutic resistance, cancer prevention, and comparative oncology.
Recognizing that cancer is a dynamic evolutionary disease, CERP aims to publish innovative research that enhances our understanding of tumour initiation, adaptation, clonal evolution, metastatic progression, and treatment response while fostering interdisciplinary collaboration across basic science, clinical oncology, computational biology, precision medicine, veterinary medicine, and One Health.
Published by Hala Publishing Group LLC, headquartered in West Bay, Doha, State of Qatar, CERP is committed to the highest standards of scientific integrity, editorial independence, transparency, and publication ethics. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) License, ensuring immediate, permanent, and unrestricted non-commercial access to scholarly research.
The journal is led by Dr. Alka Tomar, Founding Editor-in-Chief, whose scientific vision is to establish CERP as a leading international forum for pioneering discoveries that advance cancer prevention, improve therapeutic outcomes, and deepen our understanding of cancer evolution across human and comparative oncology.
