Editorial Announcement: Refinement of IJCHMD Publication Schedule
The Editorial Office of the International Journal of Comprehensive Health, Medicine & Dentistry (IJCHMD) is pleased to announce the refinement of the journal’s publication schedule to a biannual publication model as part of its continued commitment to maintaining high editorial, ethical, and scientific standards.
This strategic refinement reflects the journal’s focus on enhancing manuscript selectivity, strengthening peer-review quality, maintaining editorial consistency, and ensuring the publication of impactful and scientifically rigorous research across the fields of health sciences, medicine, dentistry, and allied healthcare disciplines.
As part of this transition:
• Volume 2, Issue 1 was published in January 2026.
• Volume 2, Issue 2 will be published in December 2026.
Beginning from Volume 3 onward, IJCHMD will officially follow the following fixed publication schedule annually:
• Issue 1 — June
• Issue 2 — December
Each issue is expected to include a minimum of five peer-reviewed scholarly articles, subject to editorial quality standards and successful completion of the peer-review process.
To support timely scientific dissemination and reduce unnecessary publication delays, the journal will continue following an online-first publication model, whereby accepted manuscripts may be published online ahead of the official issue release date once the editorial, peer-review, proofreading, and production processes have been successfully completed.
For example:
• Manuscripts accepted during March or April may be published online prior to the official June issue release.
• Manuscripts accepted during July or August may be published online prior to the official December issue release.
Such articles will remain formally assigned to their respective scheduled issue and volume upon official issue completion.
The journal believes this refined publication structure will further support its long-term academic growth, international visibility, indexing objectives, and commitment to publishing high-quality open-access scholarly research.
The Editorial Office sincerely thanks all authors, reviewers, editorial board members, and readers for their continued trust, support, and valuable contributions to the growth and success of IJCHMD.
