Authors submitting manuscripts to JMTC are expected to ensure that:
- The submitted work is original and unpublished.
- The manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere.
- All mathematical results, proofs, computations, and analyses are accurate and reproducible.
- All sources and references are appropriately cited.
- Any conflicts of interest are fully disclosed.

The journal does not tolerate plagiarism, duplicate submission, data fabrication, falsification of results, unethical authorship practices, or manipulation of the peer-review process. All submissions may undergo similarity screening and editorial integrity assessment prior to peer review.
Reviewers are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, provide objective and constructive evaluations, declare any conflicts of interest, and assess manuscripts solely on scientific and mathematical merit. Editors and editorial board members must likewise maintain confidentiality, avoid conflicts of interest, and uphold impartiality throughout the editorial process.
JMTC encourages transparency and reproducibility in mathematical and computational research. Where applicable, authors should provide sufficient methodological detail, datasets, computational scripts, algorithms, symbolic computations, or supplementary materials necessary for independent verification of results.
For manuscripts involving biological models, sensitive datasets, or ethically regulated research material, authors must confirm that all necessary ethical approvals, permissions, and institutional requirements have been obtained prior to submission.
The journal reserves the right to issue corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions in cases involving major errors, ethical misconduct, plagiarism, unreliable findings, or breaches of publication ethics. Such actions will be conducted in accordance with internationally recognised ethical publishing standards and Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidance where applicable.
As a fully open-access journal, JMTC supports responsible and equitable dissemination of scientific knowledge. All published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), allowing non-commercial sharing and adaptation with appropriate attribution to the authors and the journal.
