The standard Article Processing Charge (APC) for the Journal of Resource Valorization & Circular Systems is:

- DOI registration through Crossref

Current APC Waiver Policy
As part of Hala Publishing Group's Global Research Accessibility Initiative, JRVCS is currently pleased to offer a 100% waiver of the standard Article Processing Charge (USD 150) for all accepted manuscripts.
Following the successful implementation of this initiative across the publisher's journal portfolio, the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board have approved the continuation of the APC waiver for the current publication cycle. This initiative reflects the journal's commitment to promoting equitable access to scholarly publishing, encouraging international collaboration, and supporting researchers regardless of institutional or geographical background.
Waiver Amount: 100% (USD 150 fully waived)
Eligibility: All authors submitting manuscripts during the active waiver period.
Validity: Applicable throughout the current publication cycle and subject to periodic review by the Editorial Board. Any future changes to the APC policy will be formally announced on the journal website prior to implementation.

During the active APC waiver period, JRVCS does not charge authors any fees at any stage of the publication process.

Article Withdrawal Policy
Authors may withdraw their manuscript without charge at any time prior to the commencement of the external peer-review process.
During the active APC waiver period, no manuscript withdrawal fees are applicable at any stage of the editorial process.
Should a withdrawal policy involving administrative charges be introduced in the future, such charges will:
- Be clearly communicated on the journal website before submission.
- Never exceed the applicable standard Article Processing Charge (USD 150).
- Be implemented only following approval by the Editorial Board.
