All published articles are freely available online immediately upon publication, with no subscription charges or access barriers.   • All articles are accessible worldwide without charge.

  • Readers may view, download, and share published content freely.

2. Article Processing Charge (APC)

  • To cover editorial, peer review, production, DOI registration, and long-term archiving costs, a flat Article Processing Charge (APC) of 150 USD applies to all accepted manuscripts.

  • Waivers or discounts may be granted to authors from low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) or in cases of demonstrated need.

3. Licensing & Copyright

  • Articles are published under a Creative Commons license (CC BY or CC BY-NC).

  • Authors retain full copyright while granting the journal the right to publish, archive, and disseminate their work.

  • Licensing details are clearly stated at the time of acceptance.
