A flat Article Processing Charge (APC) of 150 USD applies to all accepted manuscripts.
The APC covers the costs of:
Editorial management and double-blind peer review
Copyediting, typesetting, and formatting
DOI registration and indexing via Crossref
Permanent digital archiving and online hosting
PAMD-J may provide partial or full APC waivers for:
Authors from low- and middle-income countries (LMICs)
Early-career researchers without institutional or grant funding
Partner universities, institutions, and conferences publishing with the journal
Waivers must be requested at the time of submission.
No submission fees are charged.
The APC is payable only after acceptance of the manuscript.
Editorial decisions are made independently of an author’s ability to pay.
All articles are published under a Creative Commons license (CC BY or CC BY-NC).
Authors retain full copyright while granting PAMD-J the right to publish, archive, and disseminate their work.
