The International Journal of Comprehensive Health, Medicine, & Dentistry is now accepting submissions for its second issue, scheduled for publication at the end of April 2025. We invite researchers, clinicians, and healthcare professionals to contribute high-quality, original research and reviews that advance knowledge and foster collaboration across the fields of health, medicine, and dentistry.

About the Journal The International Journal of Comprehensive Health, Medicine, & Dentistry is a hybrid peer-reviewed journal dedicated to providing a platform for innovative research and expert insights. As a hybrid journal, we offer both subscription-based and open-access publishing options, catering to a diverse audience worldwide.

Following the success of our inaugural issue, which featured groundbreaking research contributions and insightful reviews, we extend our gratitude to our esteemed editorial board and dedicated reviewers. Scope of the Journal We welcome submissions in the broad areas of medicine, dentistry, and comprehensive health.

Types of Papers We accept the following types of manuscripts:

  • Full-Length Articles: Maximum length 2500 words; abstract maximum 250 words, 30 references, normally no more than 6 figures or tables.

  • Basic Science: Maximum length 2500 words; abstract maximum 250 words, 30 references, normally no more than 6 figures or tables.

  • Randomized Controlled Trials: Maximum length 2500 words, 30 references, and 6 figures/tables, must conform to CONSORT guidelines.

  • Short Communications/Case Reports: Maximum length 750 words; abstract maximum 150 words, 10 references, 3 figures or tables.

  • Technical Notes: Maximum length 500 words, 5 references, 4 figures or tables, no abstract required.

  • Letters: Maximum length 500 words, 5 references, 2 figures or tables.

  • Review Articles: Maximum length 3000 words, 40 references, and 6 figures/tables.

  • Systematic Reviews: Maximum length 3000 words, 40 references, and 6 figures/tables, must conform to PRISMA guidelines.

  • Leading Articles (by invitation only): Maximum length 2500 words, 40 references, and 6 figures/tables.

  • Book Reviews (by invitation only).

  • Announcements by Fellows & Members.

  • Obituaries.

Submission Guidelines Authors are encouraged to adhere to the journal's Writing Rules and Templates and Forms for manuscript preparation. Submissions should be made through our online submission system.

Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure the following:

  • The manuscript follows the journal's formatting guidelines.

  • A cover letter is included, summarizing the study's significance and confirming the originality of the manuscript.

  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form, Authorship and Contribution Form, and Copyright Transfer Agreement are completed and included.

  • Ethical Approval Statement is included for studies involving human or animal subjects.

Important Dates

  • Submission Deadline: April 1, 2025

  • Notification of Acceptance: Two to three weeks from submission of the manuscript

  • Publication Date: End of April 2025
