The International Journal of Comprehensive Health, Medicine, & Dentistry is privileged to unveil its inaugural Fall Issue — a moment that signifies not merely continuity, but the deepening of our intellectual voyage. If the Winter Edition laid the foundations, and the Spring Issue heralded renewal and growth, then this Fall Volume embodies maturity, reflection, and the gathering of wisdom — much like the season itself, when the year’s labor yields its harvest.

In a world where healthcare grows ever more complex and interwoven, the demand for visionary, integrative scholarship has never been greater. This Fall Issue seeks to answer that call, presenting a collection of research that traverses frontiers — from precision diagnostics and regenerative therapeutics to preventive health strategies and community-centered care. Each contribution has been selected not only for its scientific rigor, but for its potential to illuminate, inform, and transform clinical practice across disciplines.

We remain steadfast in our commitment to fostering scholarship that is inclusive, transparent, and accessible. We hold fast to the conviction that true progress in medicine and dentistry is achieved when knowledge flows freely — crossing borders, bridging disciplines, and serving the collective good.

This edition presents five distinguished articles, rigorously peer-reviewed and recognized for both originality and impact. Collectively, they represent domains as diverse as periodontal health in orthodontics, student wellness and lifestyle medicine, pediatric craniofacial and orthodontic care, digital innovations in surgical planning, and global approaches to mental health. In their diversity, they embody the journal’s guiding ethos: that medicine, dentistry, and public health converge most powerfully when united by a shared pursuit of human well-being.

The cover of this Fall Issue features the Arabian falcon in flight — a deliberate emblem of vision, precision, and resilience. For centuries revered for its clarity of sight and indomitable strength, the falcon mirrors the values to which our journal aspires: the courage to soar beyond boundaries, the acuity to discern new horizons, and the resolve to advance knowledge in service of humanity.

Our founding story continues to guide us. Conceived in August 2024 by Prof. Mukhtar Al-Hashimi, the journal was envisioned as a platform to elevate scholarly voices and democratize access to knowledge across the fields of medicine and dentistry. What began as a bold vision has, through the steadfast efforts of our Editorial and Advisory Boards, the critical eye of our reviewers, and the enduring support of Dr. Hala Medical Group – Bahrain, grown into a scholarly enterprise of international repute.

As we enter this new season of reflection and foresight, we extend an invitation to clinicians, researchers, educators, and students alike: engage deeply with the insights contained herein, challenge prevailing assumptions, and contribute to the ever-unfolding dialogue that shapes the future of healthcare.

“To see far is one thing; to go there is another.” — Constantin Brâncuși

May this Fall Issue stand not only as a compendium of knowledge, but as a testament to vision translated into action — guiding inquiry, inspiring innovation, and honoring the timeless flight of human curiosity.
